2. Delivery – receipt time

3. Delivery method:

– Minh Phat Coffee uses delivery services from reputable shipping units in Vietnam.

The logistics service provider is responsible for providing proof of goods delivery (photo and consignee signature) to buyers and sellers upon request.

4. Goods inspection policy:

– When receiving the goods, you have the right to request the delivery staff to open it for inspection.

– In case an order is placed and the seller delivers the wrong product, you have the right to return the goods and not pay.

– In case you have paid in advance but the order is incorrect, please request a complete refund or redeliver a new shipment.
